Is SIN/BKK-India possible on Skyteam?

Folks,

I live near IAD visit India every year. For my next trip, I would like to fly TPAC, but can not find routes into India from SIN or BKK. I do see some from ICN (KE), CAN (CZ), TPE (CI). Would appreciate some help identifying other routes to India from South-East Asia, particularly SIN and BKK or even HKG.

If you are using Delta miles shouldn't MH from KUL be an option too? Atleast till Delta breaks the partnership?

However if you're on a revenue ticket, I think your only options are the ones you have listed. Vietnam Airlines (and Garuda when they join next year) don't fly to India as yet, routing through their hubs would theoretically involve less backtracking.

I always find the SkyTeam downloadable useful for questions like this...

For HKG-DEL, there is also an option via PVG (MU). However, there is a general shortage of direct(ish) options, as there is still no Indian airline in SkyTeam...

Thank you for all the responses and suggestions. I had not thought of MH from KUL. But, is it possible to combine MH on a Skyteam award ticket using DL skymiles?

You might want to check whether MH redemption is still good as there were rumours that Skymiles would stop MH redemption once MH joined oneworld.
