Left Over Miles (skymiles)
I have been a member of Worldperks but since its been taken over by Delta I now have 86,000 miles that I cant use due to being a non Elite member and don't have Delta Amex card.
Is there any way to transfer these miles to Emirates or Hilton? Or even just use it for Lounge access? Im flying to Dubai from London this october via schiphol and via Paris on the way back????

? I mean, there are plenty of reasons why you can't use your miles (e.g. no time to travel, being sick, etc), but it's just that I don't see the relevance of the reasons you mentioned.

Sorry for asking a naive question, but I don't understand why having no DL Amex card and not having Elite status is a reason for not being able to use your miles

Also, having a DL AmEx card or DL elite status means enhanced low domestic coach award availability, so it's close to impossible to get desirable tickets at 25,000 miles otherwise.
