As FB Silver Elite I was flying CZ in Y and they gave me a pass for their business class lounge which was the same one used for Priority Pass memebers. Pretty good food, free booze....nothing special.

The AFKL lounge at DXB is very small but reasonable. Not much in the way of food (small snacks) but there is a fair selection of booze. Free WiFi, too, IIRC.
