SkyTeam offers alliance wide bonus promo for TAROM/Vietnam Airlines flights
SkyTeam has officially welcomed TAROM and Vietnam Airlines into the alliance and to celebrate the SkyTeam partner airlines are offering bonus miles for flying on either of the two new airlines

The stupidity of this promo stems for the fact that the bonus is offered for routes that are operated ONLY by RO/VN. E.g. CDG-OTP is operated by both AF and RO (and they codeshare), and that is not eligible for the bonus.
