Skyteam Lounges. (especially AF)

In certain international airports*, we can invite guests. For these extra guests (beyond the 1st guest), there is an entrance fee that varies by country. And if we don't have a guest and we are just Elite (NOT ELITE PLUS), can we pay (by cash or miles) to have an access to AF's / Skyteam Lounges?
