Is recharging Hybrid rentals required before returning?

Has anyone rented Hybrid car from Sixt recently? I received one as a rental the other day, but no nothing about hybrids. I know that I have to refuel any gasoline used, but am I supposed to recharge the car before returning, also?

There are plug-in hybrids like the Chevy Volt and then there are non-plug-in hybrids like the Toyota Prius. Both types of models can charge the battery from the combustion engine though, and even if the hybrid you rented is the plug-in type, you are not required to recharge the vehicle before returning.

Hope this helps!
