Booked a compact SUV. Upgraded to a full size SUV without any charge. The car just has 6,000 miles. Car has navigation, very comfortable. Much better to have a larger car for a family. SUV is essential for the road to Hana.
Highly recommend Sixt at OGG.

Good experience at OGG Sixt.
Picked up around 8:15pm, no line at the desk.
One day rental for an overnight layover. Booked a Full-size (Camry or similar), was offered and accepted a PCAR BMW 228 GRAN COUPE with 20k miles. Car has some damage on the doors but otherwise is good for our needs.

Current rental at OGG. Reserved a X3. Offered an X7 which I didn't want due to being too big. Was able to get an 2025 X3 but had to wait 15 minute for them to finish cleaning it. After 2 days still trying to figure out all the bells and whistles.
They have the scanner at both the exit and return. It has addition some light scratches that I didn't catch.
