I will be flying into SIN and hope to utilise the services of Jet Quay. Anyone here experience a Quayside or Jetside service? Looking at them as a time saving exercise as I arrive relatively late into SIN from SYD. Plus, will admit I enjoy spoiling myself every now and then.

There's a recent Trip Report on the Jet Quay service either in the Trip Reports forum of FlyerTalk or on SQtalk. Remember, though, customs and immigration are very fast at Changi. The moving-walkway-assisted stroll to customs, even if far, will consume the time it will take for your bags to reach the belt. Jet Quay service probably will not save much time. I'd say do it for the VIP treatment and spoiling, if you like.

Of all the places in the world to pay for a fast track premium service Changi is surely the one where it can make least difference. What exactly are the hassles that you are paying to bypass? Do it in Mumbai or even Heathrow, but not Changi!
