At Singaporean customs i spend 2,5 hours while at the Malaysian customs did it in 40 minutes. I even lost the bus. After customs there was also huge traffic. It was Sunday evening.
Singaporean customs are slow even at the airport. About 40 minutes to stamp 10 passports...

In my 30 years of travel into Changi Airport, I have NEVER seen nor been in any immigration custom's line's that lasted anything less than 2 minutes. As for immigration, the longest I have ever been in or seen is 15 minutes at the MOST!
Everything you have written is a lie.

Suggestion - when you try to BS people, try to be a little bit more credible.

It's not uncommon nowadays. Anyway my point is land customs can be terribly time consuming.
And in case of heavy rain in Malaysia which is pretty common, some extra delay should be expected

I land at KLIA at midnight with a single 20KG bag
what's the best way to singapore? tuas is preferable to woodlands.
sounds like I'll have to spend the night at KUL and travel in the morning
1) LCC flying KUL-SIN
SGD $20 + $20 bag fee = $40
6-7am, <2 hours
2) Bus
Need to get to KL city center, then 4 hour bus
SGD $20-$40, depending what level of comfort I want
3) Train
6 hours, not worth the effort to switch so many times (KL Sentral, Gemas, Johor)

If your destination is in the CBD where the bus can drop you off, the seats on the luxury bus will beat any chair at KLIA.
I would fly only if I am heading near SIN
