Wondering what mid-March is like?
Typically hot and humid no doubt, but what about the chances of
rain vs. sunny?

In a nutshell, it makes absolutely no difference when you come to Singapore. Here's the forecast for tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that:

High: 32 C
Low: 26 C
Hot and muggy. Clear morning, increasing clouds by noon, brief but intense tropical shower in the afternoon, clear evening. Repeat.

And if you think I'm kidding, take a look at Yahoo's 10 day forecast. Just watch out next Wedneday, as they're predicting that the high will be 89F instead of the usual 88
