SIN-KUL at night.
After my arrival in SIN at 1:00 a.m. I have a flight to catrh from KUL at 11:00 a.m. the same day. What are the alternantives. My luggage maybe more than what LCC's can carry for free. I could take a Taxi to Johar bahru but I doubt I will find a bus to KUL at that time of the morning. Any suggestions?

Given the times you suggested, I would suggest that you get a room at the airport hotel and purchase a one way ticket from changi to KUL.
You could probably get your luggage checked through to KUL so no requirement to clear immigration.
There are no buses to KL that I am aware of at that hour and yes you could catch an early MH flight from Johor Bahru but your sleep will suffer and probably wont save you much money anyway.

I'll agree with the previous poster - the one way fare from SIN-KUL will be about SG$200 including tax, though if you're flying on a morning that Srilankan Airlines flies (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday I think) then you can save $40 or so over the MAS and SIA prices.
The other option basically will be to get across to JB (that time of night you'd be looking at about SG$30 to the causeway from Changi by taxi). Then crashing in town somewhere and heading out to Senai in the morning, or going out to the Sofitel Palm Resort out near the airport (should be RM35 by taxi, though at that time of night, it'll be whatever the driver's whim is - the Sofitel then has free transfers across to the airport, takes about five minutes).
With the fare from Senai to KUL at around RM90 if you get a super saver on MAS, and accommodation not so expensive (the Sofitel can be had for US$35 if you book on www.accorhotels-asia.com , which is pretty good value for the rooms there). But the biggest issue is you'll likely only get 4-5 hours sleep tops, due to all the hassle of getting there, then getting up before your flight.

Sin Kul Fun
I recently had the fun of taking the early morning SQ flight SIN-KUL.
It is the first "commuter hop" I have ever made in a jumbo. The 777 was completely full.
No time wasted climbing. From the window it looked like our cruise altitude was about 15,000 feet.
It took longer to board the plane than the flight took. Yet on a 45 min. flight, the beautiful SQ FAs (all with 0% body fat--no way to hide anything in those beautiful stylish tightly tailored dresses) managed to stroll the cart down the aisle and serve everyone drinks. They did it with a smile, and without looking rushed or hurried or like it was such an imposition on their time.
Side note to next Delta CEO if you are reading this: I know OSHA banned hiring only "Coffee, Tea, or Me?" chickies for FAs, and I know I will never see such quality effortless Customer Service on your airline, but don't tell me it can't be done--SQ has figured out how to.
