Changi transit lounge access

I am booked on Singapore business and have a 12 hour layover between flights. I've booked lunch in the city so will be leaving the airport. Before heading out I'd like to take a shower. When I arrive at Changi can I proceed as a transit, use a Kris lounge to freshen up, and then exit the airport? Or do I need to proceed directly to arrivals?

Changi airport T1-3 (SQ uses these) have security at the gate unlike most airports
Changi airport T4 does common security not at gate (like most airports)

once you get off the plane for T1-3, you'll be in the common airside area - free to go to the airside lounges, airside hotels, airside restaurants, or head towards immigration to enter city

as long as you are departing on SQ business, you can use the SilverKris (business class) lounges with showers (at T2 or T3).
The KrisGold lounge is for StarAlliance Gold , T3 KrisGold has shower but not the T2 KrisGold lounge <- you'll have access to KrisGold lounges but they're generally inferior to SilverKris lounges

just make sure you fulfill the immigration entry requirements (online declaration form etc)
You can use lounge after landing, then enter city, then go back into airport to re-enter air-side, then lounge again.

Going to post in here since I have a similar question, but no airline lounge access, but access via Priority Pass (and Plaza Premium).

Coming in on UA arrival ~6am, leaving on a separate SQ ticket in the evening, ~14 hours later. Both flights in Y, and I'm only *S, so no alliance access. Most PP lounges talk about a 3 hour limit, and needing to show a departing BP. I'd love to get a shower on arrival, and I thought I saw another thread somewhere, but can't find it, listing lounges that accepted passengers without a departing BP (or at least one within 3 hours). Since I plan to go into city, either airside or landslide lounge (which I think is just Changi lounge) would work.

Is there a list of lounges, preferably T3 airside, or landslide, where I could enter after arrival to grab a shower before leaving for the city - so in essence, one that will either accept an arrival BP, or my departing BP for farther in advance. Second question would be if I could return to that same lounge later, before my next flight - probably not a big issue, since there are a few, but if I need to avoid the one I was able to use in the morning.

Click on each lounge , check that they allow (or don't restrict) arrival access. Ymmv if they would allow access again on the same day , can ask them during the first access (my bet is that lounge contract with PP might say not allowed?)

SQ allows check-in 48 before departure. So you can do online checkin and get BP even before your first flight.
