Another Changi transit question
I am flying out from Terminal 4. A friend is flying out a different airline Terminal 1.
Is there some way we can meet up airside give the terminals are separate?

I don't think so. AFAIK, you need to show a boarding pass for the other terminal to board the airside shuttle.

I can confirm that you can make this transfer as long as you have sufficient time to get back to your respective terminal
