Guys weekend in SIN -- need some suggestions
Planning a guys weekend in Singapore mostly for food. I have been there many times but never with guys only. Usually solo for one night at a time (long time ago) and most recently with family.
So, would like recommendations on the nightlife? Places to people watch and just have a good time.
We are not nightclub people - prefer a bar or an outside venue just to chit chat and snack on food.
We will be there from Fri-Mon in March.
Appreciate all the help.

28 HongKong Street should fit your bill. It's a well-regarded bar near Chinatown with great drinks and a good food selection and vibe. They might take reservations; I don't recall, but try to get one if they do.
D. Bespoke is a great bar as well. It's Japanese-inspired, somewhat formal, quiet, and expensive. Very different scene than 28 HongKong Street, but I highly recommend both.
None of these place have outside seating.
I haven't been to Tippling Club, but that might be another option.
You can also wander around on Amoy and Telok Ayer Streets. Jigger & Pony is a good bar. I just saw that Employees Only is there too. Their NYC location (the original) makes great drinks.
Have fun!

As this weekend gets closer, I might more questions popping up...here is one:
Can we take a bottle to drink at a hawkers center while we eat? Is it allowed?

If the bottle refers to beer, most hawkers drink stalls will sell beer, but not wine though.
