Changi Departure Tax - Transit
Hello All,
It looks like the departure tax (PSC etc.) are different depending on if you are transiting or departing.
If I am booking 2 separate flights, with one departing from SIN less than 24 hours from my arrival, is there any way to get a refund on the tax difference?

"Transit passengers: Passengers who depart from Changi, within 24 hours of arrival to a destination other than country of departure on an aircraft with the same flight number."
