SIN - Almost perfect?
So, today is a SIN-themed posting day for me. I'm at SIN right now on a 3 hour layover before I head on to SYD, and I have to say that this place is really pretty good. A bit warm for my liking, but a pleasant place to be.
But what's the deal with the lack of showers? I would expect most lounges to offer at least a couple of showers, but no! There is a place about a 5 minute walk away from the airline lounges (Transit Lounge) where you an buy the use of a shower cubicle, but for major airlines to be sending people all the way down there and make them pay seems a bit low rent.

That's SQ for you.
Only if you are flying F or C, you'll have access to Silver Kris Lounge with showers.
*Gs flying in Y don't even have a restroom inside the lounge.
BTW, I see that you are BA Gold, so you can use QF F lounge if flying OW.

Since this topic is specific to one airport, let's move this over to the Singapore forum for further discussion. Thanks!

I only have BA Gold because of the status match with BD, and that was quite recent. I'm generally not keen on flying with OW unless it's a redemption. (But that's a whole other story...).
