Silly question on food

As a non-standard food option on SQ, I have always been interested to find out what is served when you order the "soft and bland" option.

Anyone got any ideas ?

I ordered this last year in Y after having surgery to remove a wisdom tooth. I had mashed potatoes and some minced meat and a squishy veggie side dish. Wasn't all that bad, but I wouldn't order it if I didn't have to.
