BTC recommendations ex-SIN?

BTC recommendations ex-SIN?
I haven't seen any recent BTC reviews lately....wondering if any of you regular FFers have any dishes you'd either recommend (or recommend I avoid!) in BTC ex-SIN. I'll be flying FC in a few weeks. I know it all really comes down to individual preferences, but still it's good to ask.
I have had the Steak, and the Lobster Thermidor. I'd say the first one was good, the second just ok. Also really enjoy the Japanese Kaiseki. Anything else a good FC meal?
Or would any of you recommend ordering off the menu onboard? There's always that choice.
