Lifemiles redemption missing first name in ticket

Hello,
I made a redemption booking for a SQ flight using Lifemiles. I used my correct full name as always (not my first time booking SQ with Lifemiles). However the ticket was issued with my Last Name only i.e. no First Name.
Lifemiles support says I need to verify with SQ if they will allow boarding. SQ will not help as the ticket is not issued by them. Has anyone encountered this issue?
