Interline SQ to PG Seperate tickets
I have an award booking from MLE to BKK via SIN on SQ
I need to book a segment from BKK to USM (Koh Samui) on Bangkok Airways (PG)
Will SQ check my bags all the way to USM from MLE, even with the BKK>USM segment on a separate ticket? Or do I need to leave time in BKK to exit immigration, collect bags and recheck?

I don't know if it's changed but you should be able to get SQ to tag the bags to Koh Samui. You'll then follow the domestic transit signs at BKK, collect a boarding pass/give your luggage tag for system entry at at the Bangkok Airways transit counter, pass immigration and collect a customs sticker. Then you'll clear customs with your bag at USM.
