Ticketing time limit issue
Anyone able to advice
I made a miles redemption for 2 ways
SIN - LON (Waitlisted)
LON - SIN
SQ sent me an email Ticketing time limit for your upcoming flight(s)" for LON-SIN
However due to having a waitlisted flights in this booking, i needed to call the office to confirm the booking.
Unfortunately it was not possible to get thru the lines.
Now my LON - SIN flight has been removed from my booking.
SIN - LON still waitlisted
What should i do?
I cannot reach SQ
