SQ511 + SQ32 (BLR-SIN, SIN-SFO) not purchaseable?

I notice singaporeair.com will not sell this combination of flights going from BLR to SFO.
It only allows buying SQ511 + SQ34 forcing a 12+ hr layover in SIN.
What is driving this constraint? Is the 3.5 hr connect time too short to clear various Covid constraints?
Anyone recently traveled the 511 + 32 combination of flights?

The issue appears to be that the BLR flight is not daily. If you adjust dates you should be able to see the connection. An example is shown below:

Thanks. I noticed that schedule change. Unfortunately, our schedule requires a return to SFO by May-31.

i was looking for travel in May, June. Seems bookable. Caveat emptor - so I would need to verify my compliance with the rules in effect then, i guess.
