Amex rewards - transfer error?

Amex rewards - transfer error?

From everything I have read, it should take 10 - 18 or perhaps 24 hours for points to appear from amex into my SQ account. I am at the 2 day mark and still no points.

Spoke to amex and everything looks good on their end.... but nothing at SQ

Anyone have any similar experiences?

48 Hours is the outer marker i've read of recently. I 'd give it the full 48 hours and then call. If tonight is the 48 hours i'd call in the AM after checking again. Be sure to log out of your account, clear history and then login before calling to confirm points.
