Mixed classes. Business check in counter / lounge access?

Mixed classes. Business check in counter / lounge access?
Hello
i am redeemed miles on business saver which has 3 legs
MAD to MCU to SIN to SYD.
the first leg from MAD to MCU is in Economy with Lufthansa and the subsequent 2 legs are business class with SA.
as i am flying straight through do I go to the business counter in MAD and will I get lounge access?

I think you mean MUC and SQ. (SA is South African Airways).
You can use business class check-in at MAD. You will get lounge access at MUC (LH Business lounge) and SIN (SilverKris lounge), but not MAD.
