You can pay to extend them either 6 months or twelve months - see the bottom of the website
I believe this is a one time extension, once it's over you lose your miles permanentlyfee per 10,000 miles or part thereofKrisFlyerElite SilverElite GoldExtend for six months1,200 miles or USD 12Not applicableNot applicableExtend for 12 monthsNot applicable1,200 miles or USD 121,200 miles or USD 12
