Star Alliance award from Africa to US

Star Alliance award from Africa to US
I'm trying to book some award flights from JRO or ADD to US. I find availability on these routes:
ADD-FRA (ET and LH) and then FRA-IAD (LH) 7 hour layover in FRA
ADD-FRA (ET and LH) and then FRA-ORD (LH) 11 hour layover in FRA
ADD-FRA (ET and LH) and then FRA-MUC-DEN (LH)
ADD-VIE (ET) and then VIE-MUC-DEN (LH)
2 phone calls and agents can't see any of these itineraries. They show as available on United and Aeroplan. They also show on SQ website when searched individually. Chart says it should be 87,000 in business from Central Africa to North America. Do I just need to keep calling back? Maybe they can't see LH space at call center? Thoughts?
