Where to find which flights serve Brunch / Lunch / Dinner / Supper
If I am not mistaken SQ has 4 types of meals: Brunch / Lunch / Dinner / Supper
On my last LHR-SIN flight I had brunch and therefore no satay or caviar. They used to serve satay & caviar on the early morning flight but now it seems it is brunch so they don't serve.
How do I find in general which flights serve what meals?

For a flight that's booked you can tell when selecting a meal (e.g. BTC). Before you book, I suspect the only way is to search for a trip report from someone who's done it recently. SQ are getting better at providing information (e.g. you can now view the in-flight menu about a month in advance) but have plenty of room for improvement.
