Shi Quan Shi Mei or Kyo-Kaiseki
Which would you choose? I've had the Kyo several times and love it and wondered if I should give that a miss and try the SQSM instead? Any thoughts?

What's the former? I've had the latter a number of times and find it a bit hit and miss.. Its admittedly very delicate and well presented but some of the dishes are a little too exotic / avant garde for my tastes..
