Raffles Class Downgrade
I just saw a report in the Ansett Airlines section referring to Inflight REsearch Services determination of 1999 Best Business Class.
Ansett topped the list but Singapore Airlines dropped top a position below
Malaysian and Emirates.
I have always heard of SG's Raffles Class's high standing and wonder if we are seeing a delayed reaction to the Asian financial crisis involving a cutback in service and and amenities OR has Ansett and the others just gone further ahead?
