A380 J upgrading to F on *A award?
Does anyone know if this is possible to do at airport (with payment)?

No frequent flyer program allows upgrading of award tickets using miles.
For SQ, you cannot upgrade commercial tickets to Suites on A380 using *A miles and some *A redemption tables make reference to that in their footnotes (e.g. Lufthansa).

You can indeed use Krisflyer miles and upgrade for Saver and Standard conditions to Suites.
