New Suites LHR Speculation - which flight? SQ305?

I am guessing they will launch LHR with new suite on April 1st. 2 A380s daily out of LHR - SQ305 & SQ321. Which one is more possible? (My guess is SQ305 - better timing for business travelers?)

Unrelated, but 321 is the better timing for business travellers. Hence why it, and 322, are always full.

No. It turns around as 317. 306 is the one that turns around as 305.

Yes the A380 sits around at LHR for a couple of hours compared to the 77W..

As for the schedule after April 1st, seems like SIN-LHR SQ308 & SQ322, LHR-SIN SQ305 & SQ321 are operated by A380. so only way is for SQ 308 to turn around as SQ321 and SQ322 to turn around as SQ305

Any more recent guesses on which SIN-LHR flight will first get the new suite? Looking to make a speculative booking.

It's SQ305 and SQ322. From May 1, Suites inventory has been reduced to 6, same as they did for SQ232 and SQ221 in January.

I am going to guess the ZRH flight 345/346 might be one. Why? I have been looking at that flight for about a month now and I have been procrastinating booking, (not for speculative reasons but I still brainstorming my travel itinerary), anyway (July/August) award space is wide open for 2 pax ..... and then bang, overnight, almost nothing available!

I think Sydney will get the first 388 with new suites.

How about JFK and AKL? How to check if inventory is reduced to 6 for Suites?

Just go to Google Flights and choose 7 seats and choose SQ and look at the calendar. This is easy for JFK as there is only one flight - not sure about AKL. JFK has 7+ seats through the EOS, which suggests that if there is going to be an equipment change to the new 388, it has not been loaded in yet. I'm flying that route in July and I am not holding my breath, unfortunately.

Good tip - I'm going early September so not holding my breath but great way to check.

Fun fact, per Google Flights for a cool $104k you can fly 7 people RT in Suites on JFK - SIN in late August.

Sydney is the hottest tip for now. The first bird will go on SIN-SYD almost for certain. 221/232 is a good rotation but there are other option too.

SYD will only see the new bird in 2018 and I don't think that we will see any Europe operations before June 2018.

Curiously, when I make the exact same search now (i.e. 7x F seats on SQ221), nothing shows up from 18 December onwards. It seems that perhaps 18 Dec could be the new launch date?
