Are Interline Agreements reciprocal?

Hi All,

Quick question (I hope)...Are interline agreements reciprocal?

I ask because I have an upcoming trip CNS-SIN-MNL-SIN-CNS. The CNS-SIN-CNS sectors are SQ (MI codeshare) flights, but the SIN-MNL-SIN flights are on PR. This wasn't my doing, and if I had the option I would have booked everything on MI/SQ, but it is what it is. Reading the SQ website, it seems I can check through to MNL from CNS because my first flight is with MI/SQ and they interline to PR. But they say to check the other airline's website for travel in the other direction (i.e. the first flight is with PR). I can't find anything on the PR website that says they will interline through from MNL all the way back to CNS. Can anyone clarify for me whether these interline agreements are reciprocal or not?

Regards
