Upgrade class of ticket
So I'm 3,500 miles short of earning Elite Plus with Turkish Airways (which grants you 2 upgrades). Membership year ends 17 Oct.
I thought I'd be fine. In currently in Cape Town and thought flying back to HKG would be plenty. But I stupidly booked N class which awards zero air miles on *A partners.
Can I pay to upgrade the class of my ticket on Singapore Airlines? I fly tomorrow...

yes, call in and ask to pay up to your requested fare class (L, W, etc), just specify the fare class you want.
