I can confirm from personal experience that SQ231 SIN-SYD (12:45am departure) also has the limited supper service in Suites. Make sure you BTC if you're on that flight..!

I flew on the overnight flight BNE-SIN last week in J and was offered the option of both supper and breakfast.
i accepted but regretted it as i could have had another hours sleep and gorged myself in the lounge .( I was connecting )

In J from NRT, I was given a more limited Japanese breakfast meal during supper because I had a BTC meal that I wanted to eat during breakfast.

But if you ask nicely to have someone's uneaten meal, if there is indeed any leftover, from experience they would serve you at both meal times.
