This thread is for discussion of Chase Offers, which have the following characteristics:
- They are visible in your Chase Online account and in the app.
- They are targeted. You will not necessarily receive the same offer on a specific card type (or even any offer at all) compared to other holders of that card.
- There may be multiple simultaneous variations of a given offer. Current offers for a specific merchant may vary in terms of discount level (e.g., 10% vs. 20%), expiration date, or maximum benefit. Pay close attention to the particulars of each offer.
- You must register for (add) an offer in order to use it. (The Chase Offers FAQ states incorrectly that registration is not required.)
- They run for short periods (typically less than 30 days), not for a full quarter.
- They generally offer a percentage discount (up to a stated maximum) or, less commonly, a fixed rebate (for spending a stated minimum amount) on purchases from an individual merchant. They are typically not for spending in generic categories such as groceries, gas, etc., although these do show up on rare occasions.
- They are typically for one-time use only. On rare occasions, however, a Chase Offer may apply to all purchases (up to a set maximum) made with the relevant card during the offer period.
- Chase will occasionally extend an offer with no notice other a changed expiration date in the offer T&C. This does not allow for double-dipping: that is, you may not use a one-time offer during the added period if you already used it during the initial validity period.
- Statement credits may take as long as to appear in your transactions.
- You can adjust your profile settings to receive email notificationusually arriving within a few hoursafter youve made a qualifying purchase.

Question about the 20k/40k Chase OTA flight/flight+hotel booking offer: I was targeted for this on an Ink Cash, but also have an Ink Preferred. Do I have to choose between the promotion on the targeted Ink Cash or can I use the Ink Preferred with 1.25x and still get the offer to work?

And after going back and forth between screens in the app I finally stumbled across a view that showed 20k bonus points that I swear had shown 0 just seconds before, so maybe some background XHR load failed the first time /shrug
I actually got the 20k/10k offer on multiple cards and was able to enroll all of them, but then I noticed the fine print said eligibility was limited to people who had not used Chase Travel since such-and-such date, which maybe implies they only intend you to use it once. Who knows how their IT actually would have handled it, but I decided not to FAFO.

My trip for 20k points was beginning of October, and by end of December no points. I raised the issue over secure messaging and after bouncing me between a series of less helpful agents, one finally replied that they have credited my account manually. Curiously, I see a manual adjustment and also additional 20k pending points which I have no other way to explain aside from this promo. Not sure what actually happened.

Nice -- no joy for me. I have an HP offer, but Hewlett Packard, not Hyatt Place

On my CSR:
"Earn $10 cash back on your first payment of a Sling TV subscription, when you spend $20 or more. [...] Offer expires 4/1/2025. Offer valid on first payment only."
I'm not sure if this language has always been there or has been tweaked since previous offers but in searching past transactions across all my Chase cards I have multiple $10 Sling credits so I have a feeling they don't actually check. (I just put my subscription on pause, actually, so I won't be able to contribute a further data point this time...)
