The Club SFO
Finally, The Club is coming to San Francisco International Airport.
Quote:
Our latest, largest lounge The Club SFO will redefine your airport experience with the perfect mix of world-class amenities, locally inspired design, and F&B and signature features focused on enhanced facilities for personal wellbeing and comfort.

As set forth in the link above, The Club SFO is located in Harvey Milk Terminal 1, with hours 04:00 to 23:00, and costs $75 to enter.
The Club SFO appears to be located in that portion of Terminal 1 currently undergoing renovation, scheduled to be completed by Tuesday, 11 June 2024. So it is not clear whether one can gain access before that.

That may be a staged photo. A post in the SFO Priority Pass lounges thread says that the earliest reservation availability date on the website is Wednesday, 26 June 2024, which may thus be the opening date.

$75 gets you lots of food and beverages in the restaurant or bar of your choice in a big airport. SFO has so many great options. I wouldnt pay that for myself. Maybe Id pay it to bring in someone in a group.

I suspect the vast bulk of their business will be Priority Pass. Will be interesting to see what the traffic levels are - T1 is nowhere near as busy as T3 or G, and there will be two OW lounges (AA and AS) within about a hundred yards. Presumably this place will mostly draw travelers flying WN or B6, but neither of those carriers has a particularly robust schedule from SFO.

Or perhaps for access to a shower after a long-haul flight with a significant domestic connection (except they apparently charge an extra $25 for that).

I sometimes fly on AA or AS to the East Coast from SFO, so I'll definitely be in this lounge for such trips. (I have no AA or AS lounge access.)

Too bad theres no Priority Pass lounge in the other Domestic Terminals (2 & 3).
With the restaurants being taken away after this month, the only option is to visit the International Terminal A lounges and this new one at Terminal 1.
i have access to Admirals and Alaska Lounge, so having 3 different lounges in Terminal 1 doesnt make any sense.

It does when you consider there's no available lounge space in the other terminals. Not sure what will happen to the AS space in T2, though I seem to recall rumors UA may take it over, which would make sense, since the UCs are all perennially overwhelmed.
