UA lounge access for UA purchased upgrade?

UA lounge access for UA purchased upgrade?
Greetings,
I have a UA award ticket from the USA to Brunei on a combination of UA & SQ with an option to purchase a first class upgrade on the UA domestic segment, SEA > LAX. It doesn't mention as an upgrade benefit, but would I get lounge access in SEA & LAX if I purchased the upgrade? 4+ hour layover in LAX so it would be nice.

Domestic First is not eligible for lounge / club access. You can purchase access at the door or perhaps as a part of you ticket
