In irrops, then all bets are off, I've seen LHR-GLA and LHR-FCO done by 747s when they've got too many passengers for A320s.
When the 787-10 come through, they may do some training trips within Europe, not necessarily MAD.

Hainan Airlines fly their 787 on a triangular route China-EDI-DUB-China which alternates China-DUB-EDI-China on other days.
I think SQ fly their A350 ARN-DME-SIN and v.v but not sure whether you can just purchase the ARN-DME-ARN sectors as a stand alone ticket.
Air Europa deployed their 787 on LGW-MAD most days in July/August in previous few years

But risk to Long haul schedule integrity if French ATC go on strike. Few extra seats (but higher Airport and ATC charges etc) and not a big cargo route so on a regular scheduled basis your wish for it looks unlikely
