Question on International flights. I have booked several international flights with SW on points where if you cancel or rebook, they refund the taxes and fees back to the card of choice (or credit if you choose). I recently booked a flight to Punta Cana (PUJ) on Breeze with cash, (refundable to travel credit) and saw the flight got cheaper, so I cancelled and re-booked (because they don't have the convenient change feature that SW does) but Breeze kept $10 as "no flex" because they claimed the International destination kept it. I told them over chat inside the app that I've booked plenty of international flights that refunded all taxes and fees on international fights upon cancel/change and this must be a Breeze policy. Curious if others have experienced this or is SW just a cut above.

I've seen it all
People, I swear ... On my HOU-SAN this morning not only did the rube (if you'd seen 'em, you'd agree) immediately across the aisle from me dump the residual water out of his cup of icewater onto the cabin floor, but over the course of a couple of hours used it to drink three roadies from his backpack ... as an added bonus, he tried to get off before the "ding" and pretty much pushed everyone aside getting out of the cabin.

Why do round trips only post points after the entire trip is completed? On UA points post after every segment (superior).
And before it gets twisted to blame the customer for not booking as 1-ways, note that this isnt always possible for corporate Amex concur bookings.

Here is a more recent rant from a COS:

Personally I am good with the current policy, as I prefer not to have my space infringed.

Good than WN is enforcing the POS policy for passengers. Not others fault if you are a POS. They "knoe" the seat size "before" they purchase. So there is no bait n switch by the airline. If you dont fit, buy an extra seat period. Article below explains why the POS are complaining that WN doesnt bend the rules anymore for them. Good on WN for it.
Quoted from the article. "" At the gate, an agent asked whether she would need a second seat, suggesting that it was for the “safety and comfort of other passengers,” "". Why is this wrong ? The other passengers paid for their full seat and so deserve the whole seat. If you dont fit , its not the others problems. Take it up with the Aviation dept to force them to increase the minmum seat sizes . And it's crystal clear on WNs website - “The armrest is considered to be the definitive boundary between seats,” the airline says on its website. “In addition, Southwest may determine, in its sole discretion, that an additional seat is necessary for safety purposes.”. If you dont like it, feel free to fly another airline.
And this was the worst - "" Tigress Osborn, the executive director of the National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance, an advocacy group ""
What ?? To advance fat acceptance ? Off topic but they are doing more harm than good here.

Give him our regards and extend my congratulations that he was able to successfully code the seizure of travel funds from paying customers. Does he plan to travel to Hyderabad to train the replacements of his subordinates?
