I booked my Indigo ticket via OTA. Today, tried to pay for seat and meals directly via their website. ICICI netbank payment was deducted but it did not register on their website. Now I am out of money and I don't have my seats or meal. This is a 20 year old airline that still can't sort out basic payment issues.

US card worked via App

I couldn't pay on IndiGo website with USA based CC either. It was something about the country selection toggle being broken on the web site. Managed to book and pay via the App (Android version). It was really painful process and kinda shocked how one of the biggest Indian airlines that is expanding internationally has this issue for years and doesn't fix its software.

Sat in row 3 and leg room felt cramped like in the back on WN / Southwest new less leg room in the back configuration. Next flight paid extra for row 1 bulk head.

I wonder if its any better if paying with points via Chase? Is Indigo strict about carryon bags?
