I'm surprised at the lack of reports since 2022. I've been upgraded to the Panorama Suite before arrival.

This is a very boring hotel in the middle of a boring town. There's nothing spectacular about this hotel, and there's nothing terrible about it. This hotel is not a destination in any way, but if the destination is Valencia, this hotel does the job of providing a clean place to sleep.

I totally understand what you are saying. It is not a destination hotel. But it suited us as we needed a night's stay enroute to a customer. I was happy to find a Hyatt.

I stayed here last November. This is the first full service hotel in the area, since I used to live around the corner, and we used to go to the hotel restaurant pretty much weekly.

I was only upgraded to a higher floor pool view room. The rooms have been renovated and much more modern looking.

There is now a parking charge for self parking in the garage, which they did not charge before.

Breakfast is either the buffet (if they set it up) or one item with coffee and juice. I had the breakfast sandwich, which was pretty tasty and filling.

The bar closes at 10pm.

SanDiego1K and gadberry like this.

A few small comments:
  • The suite was large and comfortable with a dining table. However, plugs were few and far between and awkwardly located. We borrowed an extension cord to solve the problem.
  • Parking is paid. It was waived as we stayed on a Category 1-4 cert.
  • Had a hamburger from food service. It was excellent.
  • Breakfast was from the menu. My husband had an American breakfast, a mango smoothie, and 2 cappuccinos. All was waived.
