2/26 MSP>PHX. First cabin. Upgrade early enough to preorder
PDB. Spot on, friendly, full service
preordered salmon plate. Good as always - hard to mess up. Even better, fruit plate was ripe and not hard as a rock. A good choice if you are trying to control the extras (fat, carbs, salt,etc).
hope this is a trend. Good service and decent choices in first.

2/18 ORD-LAS
I liked the salmon plate! I wish it was served warm but otherwise was very tasty.

Return 2/21 LAS-ORD Chicken and Pesto with Tortellini. Liked this one too, maybe even more than the salmon plate, although a tiny bit watery.

White Cheddar Omelet with Chicken Sausage and Seasoned Potato Wedges
I wasn't expecting the sauce, but it was all tasty. I would order it again, and preferred it to the Three Cheese.

This seems to be a pretty new change. No longer offered when booking (at least via the web), but right after reservation is completed (paid or held) there is a link to select your meals if within 30 days. Or you can access via reviewing the PNR.

It's a cold salad... It's one of my favorite items in the current mix, and my hands-down favorite of AA's current vegetarian options. It's a great blend of textures and flavors... The harissa aioli is spicy, and you can use it and the mild sumac vinaigrette to balance each bite to your taste. I love North African flavors though, so I'm sure it's not everyone's thing, but there's nothing unusual in there that would freak anyone out, IMO.

Moroccan Bowl - Couscous, roasted almond slices, mint, cumin, cinnamon, red bell pepper, cucumbers, raisins, dried apricot, dried fig, garbanzo beans, tricolored carrots, baby arugula, harissa aioli, sumac vinaigrette dressing

AA117 JFK-LAX on the A321XLR. Crew was great and did dinner service without disturbing the IFE monitors. The sweet potato appetizer with seaweed was good. The portion of the Asian spiced short rib was huge, would be better if there were more veggies. Had the FA do an affogato with the ice cream, good as always. It was a comfortable seat and the crew (on their second XLR rotation) was enthusiastic about the new cabin.

The times I've had it, it would have been super-easy to pick out (or work around) any of the ingredients that you didn't care for. With the exception of the couscous that's the base of much of the dish, the other items were all grouped around the bowl and easy to edit.

. That being said I am not too picky and will eat almost anything (except olives!!
)
