This is the third time I have it as an option; but both prior times it was catered as the Three Cheese Omelet.
My flights usually get scheduled for the Three Cheese Omelet, but I did have the White Cheddar Omelet once, last October. It was on a 900-1,300 mile tier flight (DCA-DFW):
White Cheddar Omelet with Chicken Sausage and Seasoned Potato Wedges
I wasn't expecting the sauce, but it was all tasty. I would order it again, and preferred it to the Three Cheese.
