The pool and shuttle bus service from the hotel to Shinjuku station has permanently ended as of March 31st, 2021.

Cocktail hour (5pm-7pm) food and some of drink offerings. There are also spirits to make your cocktails. I think it's self serve.
Food quality is pretty good. I'm not a foodie so this is more than enough for a dinner for me.

Normally, suites won’t get you access to the lounge, you have to use a GOH or globalist yourself. But if you look at the description of this hotel they included lounge access even for the standard suites.

Suite bathrooms are disgusting
I am here at the hotel. I used two suite certificates. The bathrooms in the suites have black molds everywhere. Both my daughter and I developed rashes on our body. For one if the suite, we downgraded to a reg room. They wont even give us the king studio which is also considered a downgrade. Queen atrium suite looked decent until I noticed the black molds everywhere. I guess they keep the bathroom dark for a reason. I dont why theyre treating globalists this way. We have asked for a deep cleaning but well see if it actually gets done.

Follow sign to west bus station exit 9. Go upstairs. There is a building under construction on your left. Walk along the street with the building on your left, then round the corner. Just one block and do not cross any street.
You will see several bus stop signs. It is the last one behind this tree. You will see Tokyo Mode across the street. The one that looks like a faberge egg.
This is the sign. You should see the HR Tokyo pick up schedule on the bottom of the post. They do not wait there.

This is maddening. Last year, was able to book a standard Atrium 2 queen suite as a SUA; and was also able to see it for cash booking for 2 adults and 2 children. Changed travel plans and decided to go at another time so I canceled the rooms. Went to book new trip, and besides the pain of having it going up a category, the same suite now will only allow 2 people max. Despite having 2 QUEEN beds in a SUITE. I don't know what kind of shenanigans is going on, but it makes no sense. I can't even get 1 additional child in the room.
What on earth did these renovations do to cause a 2 queen bed suite to be knocked down to only have 2 occupants; yet a deluxe room that is smaller will allow 3?

Weirdly the atrium suite isn't even available if I try looking at the cash rate.There's some very weird games being played here.

When I booked an Atrium Suite last year I had to book it as two adults. I then emailed the hotel directly and told them I would have two children staying with me as well. It was no problem as their policy is children 12 and under stay free.
