Cocktail hour (5pm-7pm) food and some of drink offerings. There are also spirits to make your cocktails. I think it's self serve.

Food quality is pretty good. I'm not a foodie so this is more than enough for a dinner for me.

Just want to clarify. Am I correct to assume that if I use a SUA for my stay here, will that automatically get me club access?

Normally, suites won’t get you access to the lounge, you have to use a GOH or globalist yourself. But if you look at the description of this hotel they included lounge access even for the standard suites.

Wouldn't a club access award do the trick?

Yes. Club access comes with the suite.

Thanks guys! I applied the SUA last night! Anyone know what email to use to ask about having my 2 kids added to the reservation? May ask for a rollaway bed too if possible.

Suite bathrooms are disgusting

I am here at the hotel. I used two suite certificates. The bathrooms in the suites have black molds everywhere. Both my daughter and I developed rashes on our body. For one if the suite, we downgraded to a reg room. They wont even give us the king studio which is also considered a downgrade. Queen atrium suite looked decent until I noticed the black molds everywhere. I guess they keep the bathroom dark for a reason. I dont why theyre treating globalists this way. We have asked for a deep cleaning but well see if it actually gets done.

I am not sure if this might help. It is very confusing and I have been there many times!
Follow sign to west bus station exit 9. You go upstairs. There is a building under construction on your left. Walk along with it in your left and round the corner.

You will see several bus stop signs. It is the last one behind this tree. You will see Tokyo Mode across th street. The one that looks like a faberge egg.

This is the sign. You should see the HR Tokyo pick up schedule in bottom.
This is the sign. You should see the HR Tokyo pick up schedule on the bottom of the post. They do not wait there.

Went to book new trip, and besides the pain of having it going up a category, the same suite now will only allow 2 people max. Despite having 2 QUEEN beds in a SUITE. I don't know what kind of shenanigans is going on, but it makes no sense. I can't even get 1 additional child in the room.

What on earth did these renovations do to cause a 2 queen bed suite to be knocked down to only have 2 occupants; yet a deluxe room that is smaller will allow 3?
I'm running into this at the moment. I can use a standard 20k points+SUA for the two queen bed Atrium suite if I book for 2 adults like I'd expect. But if I try booking for 2 adults+2 kids then it's an extra $630USD a night (!!!) as the SUA is no longer available. Same room, same two queen beds. It's ridiculous.

Weirdly the atrium suite isn't even available if I try looking at the cash rate. There's some very weird games being played here.

When I booked an Atrium Suite last year I had to book it as two adults. I then emailed the hotel directly and told them I would have two children staying with me as well. It was no problem as their policy is children 12 and under stay free.

If you are already at Shinjuku Station, is it easier to just take the subway (Oedo line E towards Tochomae/Hikaragaoka) 1 stop to Tochomae and walk? The hotel is practically on top of Tochomae Station. Google Maps says to exit Tochomae Station at A7.
