I hit 1MM on a SCL-ATL flight in July. No swag bag, no bottle of wine, and no acknowledgment. I mentioned it as they were taking PDBs that I was going to hit it on this flight and got a shrug.

I just passed 2M (on a KE flight). I shamelessly mentioned it to the LAX SC agent upstairs when I went to go change my final leg. She smiled and said, congrats. And that was it! I won't lie- having received a pair of Delta socks in an ATL SC for traveling on my birthday, I thought maybe I could score a second pair. Alas

On another note, how long does it take AF flights to appear on your Million Miler balance. I flew seven days ago, using a Delta SkyMiles redemption, and still nothing. I have a feeling Delta wants us to forget about it and not notice when it doesn't add up properly.

Of all places, I would think LAX would make a note of it. The team there is usually extra-nice. I used to get a card from one sweet lady there each year on my birthday.

Im now two weeks past my AF flight date and no miles. It's insane how bad this has become. Is the best alternative to message DL via the app? I now have nearly a dozen flights missing DL Million Miler credit, which to me shows they are actively trying to not credit fligths.

Made 1MM earlier this week, flying DTW-LAX-SFO.
An elite services agent was waiting for me at the gate in DTW with a gift bag; an agent also came on board the LAX-SFO flight after I had boarded, with another (slightly larger) gift bag (this one had a personalized plaque, which was a nice touch).
No inflight recognition on either leg, though (not that I was expecting any - just a DP!).

Because it's just nice and fun, and kinda cool. And they didn't do it and it was sorta sad.

Husband hit 1mm at LAX a few weeks back. Got a call on his phone to come to the lounge for a goodie bag, we were already in the lounge so went over to the desk and he got some chocolates, a notebook, and a luggage grip.
