My trivial gripe. What's yours?

I like the self-serve soda machines in the Clubs - when they work and are filled. I prefer the diet drinks, which are often empty, but they generate a lot of fizz - the small glasses are half full with soda and overrun with bubbles and filling them up can get a little messy.

UA notified me about an hour in advance of boarding that my ORD-LAX flight wouldn't have wifi. I was counting on the wifi, so I had an extra couple hours of angst over not having wifi access for a 4-hour flight.

At least they warned you -- my experience has been more "shock and awe" -- they had no idea it wasn't working is what I get 95% of the time.... And I buy it EVERY flight for the past 15 years.... Given that I am still working being on a flight for 12+ hours with no wifi is a major stress inducing episode lol -- but the answer is comically the same always....

The IVR (phone tree) is getting out of hand. It's like 5 different sections and 3-4 minutes before you have a chance at speaking with someone.
I don't want to text, I don't want to survey, I don't want to verify my identity....I want to talk to someone.

Two for today!
1) Why do I always have to have an English breakfast leaving CDG?
2) Why do I have to watch 3 ads to watch a movie when I pay $8k to fly Polaris?
