I am also still waiting for the points for two stays early November.
Not that it still matters, since the "points" counter at M&M has been reset anyway now...

Same here.
No credits anymore from Marriott, ever since I've linked the accounts.

Marriott says all is processed correctly on their side, so the problem appears to be on M&M side.

I'm having some difficulty with this offer, as the Marriott customer service team keeps insisting that I won't receive any points in 2026 because I've already received them in 2025.

Have I misunderstood the promotion? I assumed that I would receive 120 points every year, not just once. Does anyone have any experience with this?

"I have reviewed your concern and completely understand how important this benefit may be to you.

I would like to inform you that this benefit is not eligible for members who currently hold Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite status or higher.

Additionally, if a member’s Gold Elite status extends beyond the qualifying expiration date, the benefit cannot be applied.

Please note that Gold Elite status granted through the Preferred Partnership Program cannot be combined or stacked with any elite qualification requirements to reach a higher Elite tier within the Marriott Bonvoy program.

For full details, you may also visit:
https://www.marriott.com/loyalty/member-benefits.mi

I appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused."

You stay 2026, you should get points 2026. Per year it is.

I suggest you show them there own t&c, under section 6.

Are they actually saying that if you have Gold or higher through some other scheme (or through earning it), you can't use the LH scheme and get points? Surely I misunderstood?

Thats another section.

Section 6 says that if you have linked the accounts, then you earn 40 points/stay, max 120p/year.

How long does it normally take for these 40QP to post?

I had a Marriott qualifying stay on 09JAN but so far no sign of any XP in my M&M account.

Do you see a line in your Marriott Account activity stating that the points have been transferred? If not my guess is that the system on the Marriott side is currently in a limbo and not transferring any points at all at the moment - I also wait for points from two stays this year.

Greetings - Dirk

There is something broken. I now have 3 confirmation mails about the accounts linked but there are no M&M points displayed for stays with Marriott (the Bonvoy stuff works fine) and of course non in my M&M account.
If you look up the account details on the Bonvoy website you will find a line about linked accounts. Mine is empty.

I had a stay on Jan 2nd which posted at Bonvoy but nothing so far at M&M. I earn points with Bonvoy so M&M should show only 1 mile credit. I will file a retrocredit request via M&M and see if that triggers anything.

I have also not received anything from 3 stays over the last couple of weeks. But I don't care about the points, so I don't mind.

I did that for a stay in November for which I still have not seen anything on my Miles & More account.
This request was forwarded to Marriott I guess, because the answer was something like "Sorry, refused, because according to Marriot the points were already posted to your hotel account."

Well, yes, in my Marriot account the points related to this promotion already posted a few days after my stay. It's the M&M points that I want...

Just a data point: the points from December stay finally posted on M&M, so a month long delay this time but it came through. Did not matter this time, but as reference the posting on Marriott has been there also for a month, pointing to a delay on M&M side.
