I'm having some difficulty with this offer, as the Marriott customer service team keeps insisting that I won't receive any points in 2026 because I've already received them in 2025.

Have I misunderstood the promotion? I assumed that I would receive 120 points every year, not just once. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I would like to inform you that this benefit is not eligible for members who currently hold Marriott Bonvoy® Gold Elite status or higher.

Additionally, if a member’s Gold Elite status extends beyond the qualifying expiration date, the benefit cannot be applied.

Please note that Gold Elite status granted through the Preferred Partnership Program cannot be combined or stacked with any elite qualification requirements to reach a higher Elite tier within the Marriott Bonvoy® program.
