2026 Promotions
Annual January promo prices are ON. Unfortunately, only until June 2026. Last year, it covered July/August as well... But it might still change once promotion is fully deployed...

Actually, capaign seems to be announced now "Travel between 26 Jan–31 Aug". But many random destinations have campaign prices loaded only until May/June. Annoying, but there is probably still chance that it will update throughout the campaing period. 2026

IMO, Finnair should fire their graphic designers. This new 2026 campaign font style is very ugly and feels soo cheap and doesnt complement traditional Finnair identity well. But it fits well to low-cost service strategy indeed

Yeah, I feel the font doesn't fit Finnair. It feels too much like a cheap imitation of Helvetica.

Avios discounted once again until 30 March. This time slightly better offer than last times: 1.32 cents/Avios when you buy 85k (1122 ) and 1.26 cents/Avios when you buy 200k (2520 ).

Double points plus higher prices doesn't sound like such a good idea. An avios devaluation is also imminent, especially as most major players are now revenue -based.

Just a word of advice when purchasing Finnair Avios. At the top of the page you can see the option to pay in different currencies, however the transaction will always be processed in EUR. BUT, the pricing for Avios can vary dependant on the currency you choose. For example if you are Euro based then usually system will try to sell you Avios in EUR but it makes sense to purchase the Avios in USD as the price is cheaper.
For example; current offer to buy 100,000 Avios at 40% off = EUR 1260.- OR purchase the same amount 100,000 Avios at 40% off = USD 1302.-
At today's rate of exchange USD 1302 (0.8643 Wise) = EUR 1125,32
So actual cost of 100,000 Avios could be EUR 1125,32 a saving of EUR 135.-
Maybe this info has been previously shared but just want to make any Newbies aware of this too.
No need to thank me, but if anyone has a GC to giveway it would be very welcome as I just soft landed back to Silver
