More destinations: London, ATH, CPH and a few A320 destinations in Cambodia & Central Asia. MAN and AMS were already announced. Interesting to see that AMS and CPH are prime targets for Indigo.

Apparently they have PE: https://www.goindigo.in/indigo-norse-airlines.html
A hot meal and beverage in Y is also inclded - I'm sure it's more than SK (one drink only), plus 1 checked included so I wouldn't call this a LCC.

Some people actually prefer buying premium seats from LCC - it works out cheaper than FS airline.

They fly this route with 787-9. Maybe 400+ seats

We do, however the upside of this would be that the non-Scandinavian locals are more likely to pick the Indigo flight. Greatly diminishing odors, the amount of feet you need to see and other undesirable behavior.

Looking to 2026, at least half (if not more?) of Norse's fleet will be flying for Indigo. The two-stage Norwegian/Norse experiment to compete as an LCC across the Atlantic still doesn't work.

Play worked until Trump started the crap.
Norse might be working with Indigo to do a LCC version to fly indians between the US to India. Not a bad idea IMHO.

Flew AMS-BOM a few days back and I think it's a solid PE+ product, hard product is similar to regional narrow-body business class offered by MH/AI/QR/EY and the like. It's priced very well - on par with PE of say BA/LH and much cheaper than regular J. Ticket included AMS premium security lane, access to the KLM Crown lounge, good baggage allowance, decent drink selection (all Indian drinks - Sula wines, Amrut Whisky, Stranger & Sons gin - which I thought was a nice touch). Seat is better than usual PE, though I found it a bit hard which was solved by adding extra pillows. Upgrades were being offered at €200 at check-in, which I thought was pretty reasonable. In spite of this, the cabin was only 25% full. Crew was friendly and sincere, but seemed a bit diffident and were clearly still getting trained. They mixed up food orders, took forever to serve the <15 people in the cabin. But worth considering at this price.
Also gives the flexibility to do separate one way bookings which are otherwise over-priced on EU-India J. India-EU / India-US one-way on J is usually pretty reasonable (55-60% of a return J ticket), so a good way to combine with a different outbound airline if you need that flexibility.

So how much did you pay for AMS-BOM in the end? AMS-India is a cutthroat market even before 6E joining the market. I usually see 1800€ business return fares for Europe-India via AMS, VIE or CPH from Air India.
